Every form of racing requires a very individual and specific set of fitness needs. Drivers must possess high levels of strength, stamina, flexibility, reaction, focus, and environmental tolerance. Maintaining all of these components on a consistent level is essential to your professional performance.

You will receive a personal fitness evaluation, and will then be placed in a driver-specific fitness program to ensure that your fitness goals are met. We have teamed up with PitFit, a favorite among professional drivers, to provide the iAdvance Motorsports team with the very best and advanced training specific for the racing industry.

Specific driver fitness will not make you drive faster, but it will allow you to drive fast for longer, and allow you to concentrate on driving to the best of your ability, regardless if you are sprint or endurance racing.
